Experience

I have been educating business students from the beginning of my career since 1995. I have taught in some of the best institutions in the State of Punjab (India). Currently, I am serving as Associate Professor in Management at DAV University, Jalandhar which is a part of the DAVCMC - India's single largest non-government educational organization - managing more than 900 institutions in the country. In the past, I have been associated as educator and researcher with University Business School (UBS), Chandigarh, DAV College, Jalandhar, APJ Institute of Management, Jalandhar, Lyallpur Khalsa College, and Lovely Professional University, Phagwara.

I am a regular trainer for corporate, educational and research institutes. I have been conducting training workshops ever since I completed my PhD in 2007. I love to share my expertise in Business Analytics, Multivariate Data Analysis, Research Methodology, Business Simulation, Case Study Method, Digital Marketing, B-Plan Development, and Strategy. As my students find my sessions highly motivating, I am also invited frequently as a motivational speaker and career counselor by many of the educational institutes. 

My fascination with business consulting started in 2004 during a program on Effective Business Counselling by UNIDO  in association with EDI, whereby I was initiated into consultancy for a few SMEs as part of this program. My training into the intricacies of strategic management, from Strategic Management Forum, during 2007-2010 sharpened my consulting skills and a lot many clients have benefited out of it. During the last decade, I have been providing Business Development Services, especially in the area of Business Performance, Knowledge Management, Family Business Management, Turnaround Management and Digital Marketing.
